Cyclone separators or simply cyclones are separation devices (dry scrubbers) that use the principle of inertia to remove particulate matter from flue gases. Cyclone separators is one of many air pollution control devices known as precleaners since they generally remove larger pieces of particulate matter. This prevents finer filtration methods from having to deal with large, more abrasive particles later on. In addition, several cyclone separators can operate in parallel, and this system is known as a multicyclone.
It is important to note that cyclones can vary drastically in their size. The size of the cyclone depends largely on how much flue gas must be filtered, thus larger operations tend to need larger cyclones. For example, several different models of one cyclone type can exist, and the sizes can range from a relatively small 1.2-1.5 meters tall (about 4-5 feet) to around 9 meters (30 feet)—which is about as tall as a three story building.

Owing to our rich industrial experience, we are offering Portable Dust Collector.
Portable dust collectors are one of the simplest and cheapest dust collector manufactured by Dynavac which is specially made for simple and non-complicated process. It helps the customer to solve their dust emitting issues in a cheaper and effective way.The system consists of high quality dust bags for filtration and uses ducts and hoses for conveying the dust captured by the pick-up hoods. The perfectly designed impeller and silencer makes the system vibration less and sound less. The compact design of the machine less than 2 sq.meter area so that it can be placed next to the processing machine without occupying more area. Thanks for Dynavac’s professional designers for the well-designed Centrifugal blowers which gives a high vacuum and air flow.

We have emerged as a prominent manufacturer of Dust Collectors. A dust collection system is a system that removes particulate contaminants from the air in production facilities, workshops, and industrial complexes. The system cleans air by forcing it through a series of airtight filters. Once the air is cleaned, it is expelled outside or recirculated, after it has achieved the proper emission‘s standards. As concerns for the environment have grown, dust collection systems have become a necessity for industries that produce large amounts of dust particles and ambient gases. Manufacturers of dust collection systems are required to adhere to strict government guidelines and assure their customers of the efficiency of their systems as well as their compliance with EPA, NFPA, and MSHA standards. A dust collection system works by sucking air in from a given application and processing it through a filtering system so that particulate can be deposited into a collection area. Then the cleaned air is either returned to the facility or exhausted to the environment.

The dust-laden gas is admitted through the bag filter inlet where
the coarsest particles are separated out and drop down into the
dust hopper. The gas flows through the distribution arrangement
and is directed onto the bags in a suitable manner. The gas is
drawn through the filter material and the fine dust is collected
on the outsides of the bags. Heavier particles fall directly into
the dust hopper. The clean gas flows through the insides of the
filter bags to the outlet.
The dust deposit on the outsides of the filter bags is removed by
means of compressed air which is admitted as short pulses in the
bags. The pressure pulse causes the filter material to stretch
quickly and then immediately resume its original shape. The dust
deposit thus falls off the surfaces of the bag and drops into the
dust hopper.
The bags are grouped in rows with one cleaning valve and one
nozzle pipe for each row. The cleaning valve is a diaphragm valve
which admits compressed air into the nozzle pipe during cleaning.
The compressed air is drawn from a receiver on the side of the
nozzle housing. The holes of the nozzle pipe are located above
the ends of the filter bags.
The control unit opens and closes the solenoid valves in
accordance with a programmed pattern. The dust deposit has a filtering action at the same time as it impedes the gas flow.
The dust collected in the dust hopper is discharged by means of a
feeder into a dust bin or onto a dust conveyor located below the
filter.
